This is the eighteenth level of the game, and the first part of Chapter 3. The level is set within a dilapidated Test Chamber, and requires the player to combine the momentum provided by an Aerial Faith Plate with a Thermal Discouragement Beam and Discouragement Redirection Cube in order to proceed to the next level. The level also reintroduces Wheatley, who was largely absent during the previous chapter.

Walkthrough
- Go around the malfunctioning panels.
- Use the Aerial Faith Plate and wait for GLaDOS to repair it.
- Use the Faith Plate again and wait for GLaDOS to recalibrate it.
- Use the Faith Plate again and wait for GLaDOS to lower the ceiling.
- Shoot a portal on the ceiling and the other portal on the ceiling above the ledge.
- Use the Faith Plate to go through the portal.
- Fire the same portal on the angled panels behind the Thermal Discouragement Beam.
- Use the Faith Plate to go through the portal.
- Press the Switch and fire the same portal on the angled panels next to the beam.
- Use the Faith Plate to go through the portal.
- Pick up the Discouragement Redirection Cube and place it on the Beam. Aim straight for the wall on the left.
- Put a portal on the angled panel facing the exit.
- Use the Faith Plate to go through the portal.
- Place portals on the wall blocking the Beam. First one on the end of the Beam and the other straight in front of the receptacle.
- Go in the Chamberlock.
