It features 10 brand new puzzles, specifically designed to work using the 360 degrees room scale that SteamVR offers. Inside Aperture, you'll be able to use the new "Aperture Science Instant Teleportation Device" and the "Aperture Science Apparatus Retrieval Tool" to solve the new tests."
Powered by Unreal Engine 4, Portal Stories: VR gives the Aperture Science facility a whole fresh look. With new models, textures, particles and more!
Portal Stories: VR is an unofficial virtual reality mod set within the Portal 2 universe. It builds upon the foundations of Portal Stories: Mel and offers a brand new mini-story consisting of ten new puzzles designed to work with virtual reality hardware, specifically the HTC Vive.
The player takes control of an unknown test subject who is placed in a virtual reality training course. The player does not use the traditional aperture science handheld portal device used in the other portal games, instead using a device capable of attracting objects from long distances (named the "Aperture Science Apparatus Retrieval Tool") as well as a teleportation device (named the "Aperture Science Instant Teleportation Device").
