Level 1 Miscellaneous Item
The Goo Gear Snorkel appear to be blue and orange diving masks with snorkels for Atlas and P-Body respectively. They can be earned by participating in the Steam Summer Camp sale between June 30th and July 10th, 2011 and cost 3 tickets at the Prize Booth.
On the Prize Booth the item was described as "Explore the delicate, breathtaking ecosystem beneath the goo for several tenths of a second before the corrosive, toxic ecosystem beneath the goo destroys you in Portal 2."
