- Adding patch notes that should answer most questions you have about editing the wiki. The MediaWiki help page is also very informative. In fact, we link directly to it in some parts of our own help. Editing templates is a little bit more complicated. The MediaWiki help has a section dedicated to templates to get the hang of the basic syntax.
