Portal 2 Teaser Traileri on Valven 15. kesäkuuta 2010 julkaisema mainosvideo Portal 2-pelistä. Videossa näytetään sekoitusta pelin osista ja pelissä luodusta liikkuvasta kuvasta, joilla näytetään Portal 2-pelissä olevaa Aperture Sciencen laitosta. Videolla paljastetaan GLaDOSin olevan osa peliä.
