Steam2 Teraleak

As we know, recently a Steam2 leak happened. The Core Hub build has a mechanic called SlowTime, which was also mentioned in the Portal: Project 2009 developer comments. Is it allowed to add the SlowTime feature into this page? - MrWheatleyCore (talk)
