This Test Chamber is the seventh level of the game and introduces the player to High Energy Pellets, as well as surfaces that are not portal-conductive.
The radio in this level is on one of the corners of the High Energy Pellet Launcher. To gain progress on the Transmission Recieved achiement, you need to bring the radio to the Victory Lift.
