Wheatley's lair has noticeable changes from when it belonged to GLaDOS. GLaDOS' room was much simpler, with just a half-spherical room with black panel walls, core recepticals, and a hidden Stalemate Resolution Button. Wheatley added in many things, most notably the catwalk and Conversion Gel pipe. He also added things onto GLaDOS' body, such as bomb proof shields.
