TDBs, HLBs and Excursion Funnels are too major mechanics to be excluded. | |||
Hoopy the Hoop is even less of a 'character' than the Weighted Companion Cube, and has no reason to be listed as one. | |||
Doug Rattmann is a character, and a significant one at that. He should be listed. | |||
