Use this template to welcome new users!
Parameters
made_editIf the user has made and edit, add a link (for example:{{Welcome| made_edit = Turret}}) to the article! Defaults to a typical welcome greeting if blank.
contactTo provide who to contact to (for example:{{Welcome| contact = User:Sven}}). Defaults to Admins and Moderators if blank.
signTo provide a signature, fill it with ONLY THREE TILDES~~~. Cannot be left blank.
