Animal King Turret

Hover Turret

I don't know much bout the removed hover turret, but I think you should add SOMETHING on it, and you guys are better at writing than I am :P Evanator0

I've made a start, but I don't know much about it myself. If somebody wishes to spawn it within Portal 2 and clarify what I've written that would be great. I'm also curious if it's laser can interact with game mechanics that are activated with the Thermal Discouragement Beam.
