Creative Commons
Creative Commons is a nonprofit organization that helps overcome legal obstacles to the sharing of knowledge and creativity to address the world’s pressing challenges.[1]
There is only three notable licenses used by the Portal Wiki
is the license used by the Overwiki. The license is copied through the text and knowledge base, appropriate credit is required to transfer the knowledge.[2]
Attribution 3.0 Unported (CC-BY 3.0)
is a share-alike attribution, the weakest and the most indisputable license, we use this license. Basically the license is only carried through the text and knowledge base.[3]
Generic CC-BY-SA 2.0

Fandom used this license, the most basic license Creative Commons offer. This license allows the user to share and adapt the text, even commercially. The license is copied through the text and knowledge base, appropriate credit is required to transfer the knowledge.[4]
Summary
We cannot copy from Overwiki, but they can copy from us. We CAN copy from the Fandom base wikis but uses the Generic license which is debatable.
