When your edit gets undone, the proper etiquette is to follow [[w:Wikipedia:BOLD, revert, discuss cycle|BOLD, revert, discuss]], meaning if your edit gets reverted you start a discussion (usually on the user's talk page) rather than undoing it again. Undoing it again results in an [[w:Wikipedia:Edit warring|edit war]], which should always be prevented. Patch notes edit war
Hi there,
When your edit gets undone, the proper etiquette is to follow BOLD, revert, discuss, meaning if your edit gets reverted you start a discussion (usually on the user's talk page) rather than undoing it again. Undoing it again results in an edit war, which should always be prevented.
