:There is one such page (that does all languages, but english ones tend to be at the top) at [[Special:WantedPages]]. Also noteworthy is [[Special:WantedFiles]] for files.
:For translations, we have [[Portal Wiki:Translation progress|extensive reports]] and [[Portal Wiki:Reports|large lists]] (click the language links on that page) for both translated pages and nontranslated ones.
