- I gave you the link (over here -> IRC <- over here), it has a link to the web client if you want to use your web browser, or instructions to set up a dedicated IRC client. And you can put stuff wherever you want on talk pages, they're pages for discussion of an article. Just sign your messages with ~~~~ like ti says at the top of the edit box — Wind 20:36, 6
