Perpetual Testing Initiative是在''Portal 2''中一類遊戲模式，當中介紹關於多種宇宙的概念，簡稱"Multiverse".在這次的Test Chamber關鍵完全在Steam Workshop所製作的關卡，玩家再次扮演Test Subject的角色，但這次成為Bendy的角色。

Perpetual Testing Initiative 的所有關卡都是其他玩家用Puzzle Creator來製作的， Puzzle Creator是Hammer的一個簡化板。

因為Multiverse的理由，Cave Johnson如同在Conversion Gel沒有被發明前健康，而Bendy可以聽到Cave Johnson與Test Subject的對話。
