This chamber is very similar to the chamber where wheatley and chell escape.[1]

There's an intro to the chamber.
It's about how Chell escaped.
After it ends, text saying
"Chell: that was a massive mistake. i want to go back and test"
And after few chambers you will see Chell in a observation room with a button.
She will not do anything (chell doesnt have animations in hammer editor, more than walking and jumping floating, i think) and the button will press. A escape panel will open you will have to escape because after 20 seconds GLaDOS will turn on neurotoxin but not close the escape panel.

Trivia
- Even if you stay in the chamber when the neurotoxin is ON, you won't take damage. This is because GLaDOS' Neurotoxin System got defected during the facility moving.
