Hay – whereabouts are you seeing "Level 0" on items? On the schema [1] and in-game it shows all items as Level 1 seb 09:10, 4 January 2012 (UTC)

I just checked in-game, it says level 1 for all items for me. — Wind 09:13, 4 January 2012 (UTC)
