As the translation is incomplete, I've moved it to User:DSnWiiRocks/Perpetual Testing Initiative/zh-hant where you can finish it, and then when it's done you can move it back to Perpetual Testing Initiative/zh-hant. Please don't write the header at the top ("this is a translation of the page Perpetual Testing Initiative to Traditional Chinese"), as this should already be clear to anyone who stumbles upon that article.
