The Steam Deck is a handheld gaming computer developed by Valve Corporation and released on February 25, 2022. It uses Valve's Linux-based SteamOS.
On January 31, 2022, Portal 2 was updated for better compatibility, interface scaling and enhanced controller support. Portal received a similar update on February 28, 2022.
On March 1, 2022, Valve released Aperture Desk Job, a free Portal series spinoff that showcases the device's capabilities.
