TODO before we can open
- Help:Style guide/Characters
- Help:Style guide/Mechanics

- Portal Wiki:Privacy Policy
- Portal Wiki:Disclaimers
- Get a bot setup to generate the necessary reports for Portal Wiki:Translation progress to function.
- Special:WantedPages - There should be a page for everything, minus translations, before we start.
- Special:DeadendPages - Make sure there are no regular articles in there.
- Special:LonelyPages - Pages here should be linked from somewhere (exceptions to translations - they'll get linked as the pages are translated).
- Create a tasks list page for new users to see where to go to contribute.
- Link to maintenance template categories, for instance.
Feel free to append items to this list. Remove completed items.
