The Steam Workshop is a portion of the Steam Community website, which allows users to create and share content for various games integrated with the Workshop.
As of the Perpetual Testing Initiative DLC for Portal 2, the Workshop now handles community-made test chambers created within the Puzzle Creator. Players can download other players' puzzles in-game, and evaluate on those puzzles.
