Please do not create them until a video is ready D: Otherwise, the page looks kinda bad and empty. I moved your work to User:Lord Melchior/Portal Test Chamber 04. You can continue editing it there if you like, though I don't recommend writing the text walkthrough yet, because it has to follow what the video does, so what you write there may not match what the video does. No, because there are pretty strict requirements for video quality and because they have to be uploaded to the Portal Wiki Youtube channel in the end. Don't worry though, they'll be done soon (right after the Portal 2 walkthrough is done). What you can do if you want to work on test chamber pages is:

• Make sure the infobox is correct (displays the correct "portal guy" hazard icons)
• Add screenshots (make sure to take them in very high quality, use this .cfg file to turn on your quality up to the required level
• Add hazards
• Write better descriptions at the top of the page
