LEGO Dimensions is a "toys-to-life" action-adventure game developed by Traveler's Tales. It revolves around Batman from DC Comics, Gandalf from the Lord of the Rings films, and Wyldstyle from The LEGO Movie trying to prevent a villain named Lord Vortech from collecting artifacts known as Foundation Elements and merging all realities into one. The game features characters and elements from Portal 2 alongside thirteen other franchises.

Trivia
- This is the first time any Valve property has appeared on a Nintendo console.
- There is 2 Portal 2 levels, 1 is in the story, which is called "Aperture Science Enrichment Center", the other is in the Portal pack.
- The Portal pack features Chell as the character, a companion cube and a turret as gadgets/vehicles, and the Portal 2 level "Aperture Science".
