Spoiler Guy is a character in the Party Escort Beans Enrichment Center Activity. Like the Fact Core, he spends most of his time rattling off annoying facts, but unlike the Fact Core, all of his facts are true but contain much spoilers for both the Portal and Party Escort Beans Enrichment Center storyline.
He is first seen in Test Chamber 05, and continues annoying Party Escort Bot = Beans while he is testing the Test Subject.
